We welcome guest speakers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and insights with you, and each workshop includes plenty of opportunities to ask questions and engage in group discussions.
We also recognise the importance of building connections and support networks with other new mums, which is why we dedicate time for you to connect and bond with one another. These connections can be invaluable in providing ongoing support and understanding throughout your postpartum journey and beyond.

Our workshops are delivered at a pace that is tailored to the needs of postpartum mums. We offer delicious coffee, tea, and treats catered by Wildflour Bakery, creating a warm and nurturing space that feels like home. Our relaxed and non-judgmental environment allows mums to care for their babies while also participating in the course.
You will receive a special "Mum Pack" filled with goodies, to help you feel pampered and cared for during this special time.
You will also be added to a private online group where you can connect with the other mums in your course. This safe space allows you to share experiences, ask questions, and receive ongoing support between the sessions.
